That is why we consider our support a very vital component to the entire SchoolPointe solution for your organization. Our support staff understands the needs of the educator and is here to provide that valuable assistance.

The administrators, teachers and support staff of a school or district are engaged in the academic welfare of the children, and do not necessarily have advanced computer skills. That is why we are here to help.

Of course, the webmasters at your particular school or district are the first line of support. But, whether you are a webmaster, a staff member, or a parent working to post information using SchoolPointe, there are various methods of support:

Telephone support - Contact us by phone and we will personally assist you.

E-mail support - Our staff provides support via written responses. Sometimes this is best as users can go back and consult previous instructions for more effective reinforcement of answers to their questions.

Online support - Each section of our web-based application provides help to users. Many questions can be answered by simply clicking the SchoolPointe FAQ link. Our help files may be printed and referenced on paper as needed.
